This past week has been a trying time for many homeowners and renters along the front range. There are so many details to work out, emotions put to the test and questions unanswered. Lenders in my network are working in conjunction with the federal housing authority to offer 100% financing for the purchase of a new home or reconstruction of existing property. All qualified residents who have lost their homes are eligible for this program for their principal residence. In other words, the strict 3.5%, 5% or 20% down payment requirements can be waived for $0.00 down if you have been affected by the flood.
